Rest deeply. Heal with intention.
Become alight within.
Welcome to Alight Family…
Alight offers a different approach to mental health care—one grounded in time, compassion, and deep understanding. Through integrative psychiatry and coaching, we provide unhurried, relationship-based support in a safe, healing environment, allowing us to get to the root of a person’s suffering.
From the beginning, Alight was envisioned as a way to bring mental health care closer to the environments where children and families live, learn, and grow. That vision is now taking shape through a partnership with CALE Collective and Mosaic Health and Wellness Group, reflecting our belief that mental health care is strongest when thoughtfully integrated with education and community.
Research consistently shows that when mental health and education work together, outcomes improve—children experience stronger emotional well-being, behavioral challenges are reduced, and families receive support before concerns become crises.
Today, our providers offer integrative psychiatric care alongside coaching services, supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We work with individuals, children, couples, and families in a calm, private setting, tailoring care to each person’s needs, goals, and stage of life.
For those unsure where to begin, a comprehensive initial assessment provides a clear starting point. This evaluation helps us thoughtfully triage the most effective course of care and, when needed, coordinate with our wellness partners at Mosaic Health & Wellness Group to support a holistic approach, incorporating the pillars of lifestyle medicine and ensuring truly integrated care to support mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
At Alight, our goal is not just symptom relief, but meaningful, lasting healing.
