Ready to Alight?

Alight Family Integrative Wellness is located in CALE Collective (formerly Woodcrest) and is proud to be a part of Mosaic Health and Wellness Group.

The office space is in the back of the building (North West corner).

From Nifong take the North Sinclair exit at the roundabout and head north. CALE Collective will be on the left. Enter the parking lot at the 2nd entrance and head West in the parking lot to the furthest West side of the building where you will see an office entrance for Mosaic Health and Wellness Group. Alight Family is located within this office space.

Please be aware that we are sharing space with a school. We ask that you drive slowly and cautiously when in the parking lot as children could be playing.
